Nacrelia — Account deletion

Delete from the app (recommended)

1. Open the Settings section in the app.
2. Go to Legal & Privacy.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Once confirmed, your account is disabled immediately, you are signed out, and associated personal data are marked for deletion.

Data that will be deleted

• Identity and account profile
• Favorites and history
• In‑app preferences and settings
• Premium subscription records linked to your account
• Ads state and AI feedback records linked to your account

Aggregated, anonymized metrics may be retained without any link to your identity.

Processing time

Deletion completes within 30 days. Records required by law are excluded.
