This Privacy Policy explains how Nacrelia ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Nacrelia mobile application (the "App").
Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information (e.g., email address) when you sign in.
- Usage data such as queries, app interactions, and feature usage.
- AI result feedback and problem-content reports that you choose to submit in-app.
- Device information (e.g., OS, model) and identifiers used for security (Firebase App Check) and analytics.
- Advertising-related identifiers and consent preferences (if ads are shown).
How We Use Information
- To provide core app features and improve user experience.
- To secure the app and API via Firebase App Check and fraud prevention.
- To comply with legal obligations and consent requirements.
- To review AI result quality feedback and moderate problematic AI-generated content.
- For analytics and, if applicable, personalized or non-personalized ads, based on your consent.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers strictly for the purposes outlined above, including Firebase (Google) services and advertising partners when consented.
Advertising and Consent
The App may display ads via Google AdMob. In regions where consent is required, we use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect and manage consent preferences. You can change your preferences at any time within the App (Settings) or by using platform settings.
We do not currently use Google Play Age Signals in the App. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated.
AI Feedback and Reporting
The App includes in-app controls to like, dislike, or report AI-generated dictionary content. If you use these controls, we may store the selected reason, an optional note, and a compact snapshot of the displayed AI result to improve quality and review harmful content.
Data Retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for analytics and service improvement.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
The App provides an in-app Privacy Policy entry point and, for signed-in users, an in-app account deletion request flow. Once account deletion is requested, the account is disabled immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including app attestation (Firebase App Check) and secure transport (HTTPS).
Children’s Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under the age required by applicable laws, and we currently position the App as not intended for children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us to delete it.
International Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located in different countries. We take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
